about me download CV

Robert Skoczylas | born 1981 | Poland

After working for Foster + Partners in London/UK I have moved in to Amanda Levete Architects AL_A where I work as BIM Specialist.

My aim is to create spaces that are capable of surprise and have a human-focused comfort. To me a good design starts with the person.

Before working for Foster + Partners I worked at Griffith College Dublin teaching Design Communication (mainly Revit Architecture) and as a quest lecturer in Sweden at Umeå School of Architecture - Umeå UniversityVideo from Colour Communication Workshop.

I am also still very much active as an designer and my chief pleasure is to work closely with clients. I believe that cooperation and deep understanding in my professional relationships are the key to my success.

I obtained a Master's degree in Architecture from Krakow University of Technology's Faculty of Urban Planning and Architecture (Poland), and worked for Murray O'Laoire Architects (now MOLA Architecture) from 2005 until 2009 (Ireland).
